Generally speaking, really easy. They tend to not drop many girls because they're not too popular among the PNMs, especially compared to the higher ranked houses. DZ also doesn't have the best reputation on campus which is also why they don't tend to drop many girls, because if they dropped too many they'd have an extremely small pledge class which isn't good.

But also generally speaking, a lot of the lower ranked houses from both the lower and middle tiers are generally easy to get into. You also need to keep in mind that each house goes after a different type of girl, so a highly sought after PNM by a house like AXO may not be a highly sought after house like DZ.

If you have good recs and a good gpa and you have a good personality and click with girls I'm sure that you will get in any place that you fit in.

The person saying you need a good GPA is wrong... DZ takes a lot of grade risks because they have to since they're not too popular among the PNMs. Recs aren't necessary either for basically any new row house... Yeah they're suggested but new row houses don't place a heavy of an emphasis on connections as old row houses do.

DZ is extremely easy to get into, along with AOPi. Of the lower ranked houses, APhi wants party/pretty girls, Theta wants smart/involved girls, GPhi wants girls that are like their actives, and DG wants involved girls. DZ and AOPi are the only two houses that don't really have a "type" because they're usually left with the girls that were dropped from everywhere else... Don't get me wrong, all the houses here are amazing, but to answer your question, DZ is pretty easy to get a bid from.
