Pike + LXA too low
Beta too high

Is right where it should be, Pike deserves their spot for the stuff they did, and Beta is pretty much right where it should be too.

I'll stand with this list after walking by the EN house today

SAE and KA are where they should be , Sigma Nu could be moved ahead of DTD and ZBT.

called this the 2009 list. Except that SAE might have been #1, Pike and Phi Gam were 4-5 and SX was 9 or 10.

Times have changed. Your list systematically puts Old Row houses higher than they are in reality. SX, OX, DX all clearly higher than KA. Probably Beta and Pike also. All those + LXA and Pi Kapp ahead of Phi Gam and miles ahead of EN.

It would be good for the System if your list were accurate, but it is not so, and the "trend" does not look promising to get there.

You think that then you're pretty obviously biased toward old row. Frankly there are only 3 maybe 4 old row houses even competing with the good new row houses like SX, DX, OX, Pike, Pi Kapp, Beta and Labmda, and of those competing old row houses, only DKE currently surpasses all of them.

If you were well travelled, then you would have got there even when they were down. Right now, they are sizzling along with SX and Beta and Pi Kapp. Your 'top houses' are pretty hobbled right now. Not sure you have been to a real party with real girls from the houses you listed as hot.

Why not move KA up to 1, ATO 2 and EN 3. Let's promote Pike to 4 for their stellar pledge moves? Phi Gam 5 and Phi Delt 6??.

Was dead on, the list was whack and he hit on a lot of its major issues in a funny way.

Whats wrong with the new list? I think its a lot better than this one. If you think ZBT and DTD are better than Sigma Nu then there's something wrong with you..

New list puts Sigma Nu much too high and Phi Gam and SAE too high as well. It also has Beta too low and ATO too high just to name a few things wrong. This one had Sigma Nu too low, it probably should be right behind Lambda, but honestly that's probably generous if you consider their actual performance, otherwise this list is really good.

That I think the list we're posting on is good, I think the "Machine" one posted today was bad.

And I agree that EN might be above ZBT & DTD, but it is illustrative of how unimpressive EN has become. I only know a couple ZBTs and 1 DTD, but if Old Row does not merit a bump up, then I would stamp both those houses being higher than EN right now.

Old row has fallen on hard times when Phi Delt is irrelevant, Sigma Nu is argubly being outdone by average new row houses like ZBT and Delt, and Phi Gamm, KA and even SAE are struggling to compete with the good new row houses.

SAE is only in my top 5 because we need them to be there.

You're rant shows you are totally delusional. Phi Delt is the worst affiliated house, half of the affiliated new row is better than Sigma Nu and Phi Gam. What year are you living in? Is ATO still an affiliated house where you come from.

Most of old row is limping right now. Sigma Nu is behind DX,OX,SX,Beta,Pi Kapp, Pike and maybe LXA, they aren't even close to being ahead of all of new row (Phi Gam is better than them to) and KA and SAE are getting outdone by a lot of new row too. Phi Delt can't compete with any of those new row houses mentioned, maybe your tweaked out addy binge caused you to trip out and write all these posts early this morning.

But why can't she be delusional for both? Anyone who thinks Phi Delt is ahead of Pi Kapp and Beta, much less that those houses can't even compete with Phi Delt is a space cadet, as is anyone who believes KA much less Sigma Nu are better than all of new row.
