Isn't theta supposed to get half of Aopi's old lot bc temple tut was knocked down? Why is their whole dug onto all of the new space?

Good question. Seems odd because I heard the AOII and KAT were going to turn the three lots into two, each building on one lot. So either KAT is not rebuilding or they have some other plan.

AOPi and Theta are going to rebuild their houses and Temple Tut was torn down specifically so that there would be more space for BOTH houses. I walked by the AOPi construction site the other day and it did look like AOPi is building on their old house's land as well as Temple Tut's land without giving extra space for Theta. I also know that Theta's house is already on a big piece of land so idk. From what I know for sure, AOPi and Theta are supposed to be sharing the extra land provided by Temple Tut...

Construction processes may require both homes upgrade, dismantle and/or build shared underground sanitary, electrical, sewer or other systems necessitating one hole being dug during the initial rebuilds.

Alternate theory: both groups will share a connected basement space used as one gigantic party room.
