who is getting sig eps old house?

obviously it won't just sit there with no one using it?
i heard from phi kaps themselves that they're getting sig ep's house and then an off campus frat will get phi kap's... but other people have said that an off campus frat is getting sig ep's house. either way, a smaller lesser known frat is getting the house.

Ive heard from multiple different fraternities that they are getting Sig Ep's house. Just because they say it doesn't mean they are actually getting it, otherwise there would be 3 or 4 different fraternities planning to reside there together as of now.
