sorority initiation
by: CuriousIf someone didn't get initiated into their sorority and dropped, would they be able to rejoin and become an initiated member?
#3by: Yes
Technically yes. If someone is not initiated they are not a member. They can technically rejoin there or at another house. But in practical terms that really wouldn't happen. Pledging and dropping is viewed as a bad thing. There would have to be something like a death or act of God; a very special circumstance that was worked out ahead of time with the chapter.

She would probably know the answer to that question based on how things were left. Was it "this isn't for me, I'm dropping" and now the person changed her mind? Not likely she'll get a second chance. Or like Yes said, if there was a medical reason or something and she left on completely good terms, then maybe. I would think that's pretty rare.
