honest phi delt description

They're all tools and probably the worst house on university to be a part of. Their darties are never packed and barely get that many people outside of the fraternity. Not very popular for old row.

They're an okay house. Definitely the bottom of Old Row, but you could certainly do worse.

If you liked the guys and were happy to get the bid, just go with it. If you're having second thoughts, maybe it's not the one for you.

Def not a bad house don't listen to these ppl. I know some cool guys who are phi delts. def a bid of like a party animal house... I mean so is every frat but I would say if you care about your grades a lot... they might not be the best influences? but not one of the worst houses, one of the better houses. personally i don thang out there a lot but I've always had fun at their parties, I just have other houses I like to go to, but a lot of my friends hang out w phi delts and loved them and always want to go to their date parties and such. good house but as i would say to any boy, explore your options!

can someone please explain the IFC rush process to me? Why are people already getting bids? Are they normally given out this early? whats the point of the rush parties and all in the fall then if they already chose/given out bids?
