honestly same. big pledge classes (over 100 girls) are not a common thing anywhere except at a handful of really big state schools, like bama. on one hand i like the big pc size because you can find your own group of friends/who you really click with within your sorority but on the other hand, a small pc would allow you to be friends with everyone. i love my pledge class but sometimes i feel like there are just so many personalities and characters that it's honestly too much, especially considering how self absorbed and ill tempered some girls can be.

overall, i think everyone would agree with the fact that we need to bring new sororities onto campus and/or have SDT join fall rush. all the houses are bursting at the seams and it's a lot of work to manage 400+ girls.

Alum here- when I was at Bama our pledge classes were 40-45 and I did not like it. It wasn't enough girls for everyone to find their own cliques. Everyone was in everyone else's business. By senior year you were done with everyone! I think 80 would be the perfect amount.
