Do sororities predetermine in state girls they will cut ? Are some allowed to take only a certain number from a certain area of the state?

If you're in-state, it's pretty much a guarantee that you'll be pre-cut or pre-approved by all the houses here. Everyone will know who you are and what your reputation is. No, there is no limit for any area at all.

No way to prove or disprove this, but I tend to agree. Almost impossible to hide your reputation in state.

Agree. In state girls are already known and so recruitment tends to focus on oos. In state pnms have little ability to change minds or make new impressions in recruitment. So being in state is both good and bad depending on your situation.

There are sorority recruitment situations no one here can tell you about, because sororities recruit according to their rituals and those are for initiated members only to know. Relax and choose the home where you feel best.
