why the hell did my sorority give me a bid ?

Most of my pc has been unfriendly. The older members are mean. I go to every event and talk to people. Then they pretend they don't know me the next day. I really don't get it. Why give me a bid if you don't really want me here? I feel like they should've cut me first round or two if I was that bad.
