why is kappa a top house?

i get that they are old row but basically all of the kappas i know or have heard of are not even attractive. they would be bottom tier at any other school.

I know this is Greek rank but why do people ask such stupid questions? Especially if you have your own opinion why do you need to hear others if you are headstrong in your thoughts?
