Upper Middle Tier: KKG, KD, PBP
Lower Middle Tier: AGD, DDD, ADPi
Upper Bottom Tier: DG, ZTA, APhi, KAT

This ranking gives less weight to whether a house is new or old row. Obviously it still matters some, but most ranks on here have all the old row houses in the top half and all the new row houses in the bottom half, which is just incorrect.

If I were to point out a small thing, I'd call the top tier row "tippy top" and the second row "lower top" because honestly at this school, there's going to be such a tiny difference between the two. They're both extremely prestigious groups, and many girls would be crying and jumping with joy to have those houses.
With that being said, I think Pi Phi and DDD need to switch places, KD needs to move down, Zeta needs to move up, and Theta and GPhi need to switch places.

what has tri delt done to be considered a top house? I'm not trying to be mean, i just want to understand your reasoning... because ddd is a very lowkey house, like that of agd. ddd isn't really too present on campus and kind of relies on their old row status for a lot of things.

Sorry but KD and KKG are literally the same house. KD may be slightly more attractive and southern and Kappa might be slightly more fun and laid back, but they're essentially the same exact house.

Tridelt takes girls who have good grades and strong social connections. They don't party as much as the other top tiers, but they're very well respected by top fraternities and they're relatively well-liked by other sororities. They're a lot like AXO, but forego some pretty girls with good grades in favor of legacies and camp friends who aren't as pretty but still get good grades. They're also very desired during recruitment, along with XO, but don't have as chill of a vibe.

Based on desirability during rush, OP is completely wrong. PBP, DG and ADP do not have that much interest as suggested in this rank
To those that asked about DDD that's why they rank where they are. They get more pnm interest than the houses below them
Maybe this is an opinion about girls you have met and like and don't like in different houses, but it bears no resemblance to the houses that get most interest during rush.

I don't think basing ranks off of "PNM desirability" is legitimate because each house attracts their own type of girl. When I went through rush there were a handful of girls I spoke to that didn't like the top houses or Old Row houses while on the other hand there were a handful of girls that loved the top houses and vice versa. Each house still manages to procure pledge classes of 150+ girls.
On another note, DDD, KKG, and KD are all basically the same house.

I respectfully disagree
Ranks are about desirability amongst Pnms.
Once you are "in" who cares about rank. You are where you are, probably love it, and again the only concern with rank is if your house well have "pull" during rush
Agree that personal preference and rank can be vary different.
But don't call your personal preference a rank. It's the houses you like best. And in this regard I see these posts as a mix.
You could have a Christian focused rank: AXO, AGD, XO
A looks based rank: PM, ZTA, APhi
A low key rank: XO, PiPhi ADPi, ,DG
A Mobile/MB rank: KKG, XO, KD, AXO
A party rank: KKG, APhi, ZTA

You can't claim to be a top ranked house when your pledge class is made of of girls who went through rush with less than full cards each round and who got dropped by houses wanted and preferred along the way.
Yes, there are capable and very sweet girls who showed up with no recs, and minimal preparation. Got overlooked by "top" houses and accumulated in DG, ADPi, GPB and PiPhi, AOP.
And so these are wonderful houses with allot of great attributes and great members.
It trying to take anything away from them.
But rankings are based on the idea that pnms were upset when they were dropped. And the top houses "upset" the most girls.
Seems there isn't a person who wouldn't have taken a bid from AXO.
But after that, there isn't a house that someone isn't going to say "they didn't want". Perhaps they got a cool reception as clearly not a contendor or just didn't mesh. But let's admit some houses give "more heartbreak" than others during rush.
In that regard, ranks are an attempt to list most to least heartbreak in dropping pnms.
And based on that, tho OP is a hot mess. \n\n\n\n\n

Agree with the above. Although KD and AGD have a focus that keeps their rank high despite not "breaking allot of hearts".
Adjusting for that, here is the top to bottom heartbreakers Some of the lower houses group because they are similar and there is a "whichever" factor. - all the same.
