I know a bunch of pnms have multiple girls in each sorority follow their Instagrams but I was just wondering if it means something more if an actual sorority Instagram follows a pnm? Like does that mean the pnm is being highly considered or does it really mean nothing special?

The PNMs with all the follows are just on the early radar and probably have connections in the houses that are following them. If a PNM has a bunch, like dozens and dozens, of followers from a house, that may mean something. It is sort of a "buzz meter" if you will. If a pnm has only a hand full but should be known to a lot of actives, this may indicate they are not all that desired or it means little to nothing. The actual house account does not mean much if anything.
Bottom line is how you connect at recruitment and all doors are open except at like a couple of the old row houses that will only take a few pnms that were previously not already known to them.
