I saw this walking by their house tonight! I was really confused and surprised that they did that, especially after the kappa thing!!! sororities seem to be going down hill fast!!! maybe if they spent more time studying, they wouldn't let things like this happen. sad!

Most houses put up rho chi/jboard banners, because not a whole lot of PNMs are going to walk by the house in April and make the association with the girls four months later during rush. Typically they don't take a picture and put it on social media though.
