kappa shouldn't be top

Can someone please explain to me how Kappa is a top house? I just really don't see it.

General reputation and history and texas. they are very good and among the top here. maybe a tad overrated at UA but still top third or so.

every time I see someone post a "these are the top sororities" post, well everyone has their own opinion and because you believe that your sorority like DDD, Phi Mu or Kappa (just to name a few) are top well maybe in your world

I don't think they should be ranked as high as they are on here. They are popular with in-state PNMs because of reputation.

i mean i would personally rank them somewhere in the middle tier along with houses like DDD, AGD, and KD. honesty kappa does do pretty well during rush and they have really good connections and whatever but they're just not involved and competitive as AXO or PM. if i had to a bump a house up to take kappas place i would probably bump up XO.
