what cities do houses pull from?

I know Kappa takes a lot of Mobile and New Orleans girls and KD, DDD and XO pull a lot from Bham, but where do the other southern houses pull from? Where do most Atlanta girls go? Nashville? Jackson? Texas?

I'm from a big city in Texas, and I'd say we're mostly in AXO, ADPi, DDD, Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi, Phi Mu. As y'all are probably really aware, Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta, and Tri Delta have really good reputation back home, so I think that affects perceptions too. There's actually a lot of girls from places like Southlake (probably wealthier than Mountain Brook, tbh) in the middle and lower tiers here. There's no house that has a clear monopoly on rich Texas girls, though Kappa and DDD do take a lot of big city girls. They also take some smaller town girls though.

I agree with everything above. I don't recall there being very many XO (recruits heavily from Germantown/TN), KD, DZ, AGD, AOPi, or APhi though. I'd say of those houses, the only one where Texas is locked out of is XO. Texas girls will usually choose Kappa or DDD over KD, Pi Phi over Alpha Phi, AXO over AGD, and Theta/DG/Gamma Phi over DZ/AOPi.
KD, AOPi, Alpha Phi, DZ, and Phi Mu don't really exist at home. I think AGD is also essentially nonexistent.

Alpha phi and Zeta seem to have alot of cali girls but they seem to only care about pulling the attractive ones

Lots of west coast girls go aphi here because it's really well known sorority in California and Arizona, zeta also pulls west coast girls

What if you're not like, a super skinny blonde but happen to be from oos? I'm not sure I'm APhi or ZTAs type but I am from Oregon so does that basically mean I'm shut out?

a ton of florida girls will go adpi zeta and sometimes rarely kd just mostly because those are very very strong houses all over florida especially UF, FSU, UCF, USF.. etc. It's like the "go to" houses in florida.
For al girls its axo, kappa, kd, ddd, xo
for fl girls its zta, adpi, kd, ddd
