AOPi, Theta, and DZ are fairly "easy" to get bids from. Being lower ranked houses, they tend to be placed on the backboned by a lot of PNMs, because all tend to fawn over higher ranked houses. However, AOPi, Theta, and DZ all have really great girls and rush very well. I know Theta recruits heavily based on grades and involvement and I know AOPi recruits based on involvement too.

If I were to rank these three houses based on selectiveness during rush:
Theta, AOPi, DZ

AOPi doesn't really recruit based off of anything. Of course they want the best girls they can get, every house does, but there isn't on thing they're known for during recruitment. AOPi is pretty easy to get a bid from.
Theta surprisingly does recruit a lot of smart and involved girls, so if your GPA isn't decently good then you'll be dropped. Theta is pretty easy to get a bid from as long as you have good grades and you were somewhat involved then you'll receive a bid.
DZ, like AOPi, also doesn't really recruit based off of anything. DZ is known for being the bottom house here, so they tend to give out bids to the girls who were dropped from all the other houses or who were grade risks.

These comments all ring true but still great houses! So don't feel bad if you get a bid from any one of them!

ALL the houses here are great! Some houses are just more selective than others. If a house is ranked lower, they tend to not be as selective because they don't want to cut themselves short of potential members. Along with AOPi, Theta, and DZ I'd say that GPhi, APhi, and DG are also less selective compared to other houses.

- AOPi: Takes anyone, used to be somewhat picky about girls but they've been slipping a lot in the past few years.
- Theta: You need good grades and good involvement, on the rise considering it's a lower tier house.
- DZ: Takes anyone, also used to be somewhat picky about girls but they've slipped to the bottom and now a lot of people think it's the bottom house here and they give bids to anyone.
- GPhi: Your personality needs to match those of the actives, also on the rise thanks to their new house.
- APhi: You need to be decently attractive, tend to take grade risks dropped by other houses that also recruit mainly based on looks.
- DG: You need to be involved, kind of on the rise but also kind of slipping.

Add zta and pi phi to that list

ZETA, PBP, and APHI all collectively recruit mainly on looks. Y'all can dispute this all you want but you'd be wasting your time. These three sororities are honestly relatively easy to get a bid from as long as you have a decent face.

DZ is the easiest house to get into here

Just wanting to set the record straight. I saw that some Theta wrote that they are on the rise. Sadly they're not. After you start recruitment you'll see what I mean.
