confused about dg

like anything else in life people and opinions tend to contradict. I nor can anyone else say if the recent ranks were self ranks or not. DG is not a bad house but its not the best house, hell I don't even know if there is such a thing as the "best" house. my advice for you is to go into rush with an open mind, because the things you read online can be very construed and its hard to get a feel for all the houses until you're on campus. I wish you the best of luck on your rush experience and you find YOUR perfect home just as I did.

This is why PNMs shouldn't be on this site. You'll see high ranks for DG from girls in that sorority when really they're a low mid/upper bottom tier house. If you're going to be on this site you need to take everything with a grain of salt. Every house here gets hate and every house has self rankers on this site. If you want a real representation of ranks you should look at the posts where people rank all the houses collectively and not read the posts on each of the sororities pages on here. If you want the truth DG is not that great of a house, they take in a lot of OOS girls, it's relatively easy to get a bid, and they rank lower in the tiers... HOWEVER, if you rush and find DG is a house you feel yourself in, then by all means pledge. This site is nothing more than people saying "this house ranks here, this house ranks there." In all honesty, ranks do not matter. Do not base your decision on whether or not a house ranks high or low. All the houses here are great.
