how hard is it to rush as a sophomore?

I'm not very involved on campus and my grades are really average, but do I still have a good chance of getting a bid from a decent house?

depends on what you define as "decent." all the houses are great here. if your gpa is below a 3.3 you'll automatically be cut from many houses along with the fact that you're not too involved on campus.
