What's gdi life here? Like im a southern girl and thinking about bama, am very social and love to party and have a good time but what if I don't want to rush a sorority? Is a social life here without rushing possible?

Social life without rushing is definitely possible, but I'm gonna be honest and say it's definitely harder too. Because Greek life is so big most of the girls and guys who like to party go Greek. That's how most people make their friends

Social life is very possible as a GDI. Greek life is for those who are fully committed, and btw, Greek life is much more than parties. Honestly, if you're not completely set on rushing, then don't because we really don't need people who aren't 100% committed.
As a GDI girl you'll still be able to get into frat parties, you'll still be able to mingle with sorority girls and fraternities guys. Will you have to work somewhat harder to make connections? Yeah, but if you're as social as you say you are then that obviously shouldn't be a problem.
