will pbp move up in ranks with a new house?

They are ranked well being in one the better houses around campus(in my opinion) but will they improve?

I mean probably. Getting a new house always attracts better PNMs... The same thing will happen for AOPI, THETA, and DZ. new houses spark a little bit more interest in PNMs but to improve moves move in the ranks a sorority has to do more than get a new house

Disagree. G Phi moved way up when they got a new house.

That's because they were one of the first to get a new house. Now almost every house is new, so it doesn't make a big difference anymore.
