Who's getting Sig Ep's old house??

I'm pretty sure Phi Kappa Sigma is moving into Sig Ep's old house and idk who's moving into Phi Kap's house, probably one of the off campus frats though

I was told first hand by the President of Phi Kappa Sigma that they're going to move into Sig Ep's old house. I mean that was a few months ago so maybe the plans changed but I doubt it...

If they give it to anyone other than sig tau it's a shame, they have some normal guys who actually do stuff. Generally in my house if someone mentions phi kap everyone cringes a little

No one really knows for certain. It all comes down to Sig Ep completing renovations on their new house. The university will give the house to whoever has the most community and university involvement, grades, membership, and probably money
