fraternities

I get the whole old row deal for fraternities, but can anyone explain to me a little about Sigma Chi, Theta Chi, ATO, and Pike. Like I get they are new row, is that an issue? Can y'all tell me a little about each?

They all compete with or are arguably better than old row depending on if you have an out of state vibe. All good houses to look at.

All really good and highly respected frats here. Definitely the top of new row and they definitely do compete well with the old row frats. These frats aren't necessarily only open to only OOS kids, I know a lot of guys in these frats that come from well respected families and areas not only in Alabama but also the surrounding Southern states. Coming from a sorority girl, these houses are definitely really good and just because they're new row isn't an "issue." Personally my fav of the ones mentioned are Sigma Chi and ATO. Sigma Chi has really fun darties and ATO's house is really pretty. The guys I know in these two houses are also really nice.
