Does it mean anything if a bunch of girls follow you on insta??? like I have a girl from every house follow me but I had a lot of DZ, aopii, pi phi, alpha phi, zeta, and phi mu and idk if that helps my chances or if they're going to be on the look out for me during rush

Actives right now are just following PNMs just to see what's out there. It doesnt mean anything if they follow, it doesnt mean anything if they don't follow you. Usually though, a house will comment on girls' pictures regularly if they plan to recruit her hard.

They care more about your resume than your Instagram. You can fake being popular on Insta. You can't fake your GPA and the comments written about you on your recs from alumna.
