Is TDE a new house on campus? I just read something saying they're old row. Is this true? What is TDE's sterotype?

So they started as top tier then moved to top middle but dropped to top bottom then improved to bottom middle and then middle top but with an Ebola outbreak I'd say they're bottom top now.
