Fraternities: DKE,KA,SAE,SN,PDT. literally all others suck..

DKE is still concensus #1, but they are down a little. SAE is so down that they may not even be #2. KA is like a caricature of itself, and the only folks who think they are a top house right now are traditionalists (and me). Sigma Nu much the same. Phi Gam can't compete with top of New Row and Phi Delt is not top 20. Part of this is because some New Row houses are strong (OX, Pike, EX) or getting stronger (OX, DX, Beta). But Old Row better buck up fast or SAE will become EN and EN will disappear from top 10 forever.

Is popular with some, but truth is that they will never be seen as legit by many folks. If they want to be a top house, they are going to have to affiliate. Unlikely they could get a unanimous vote. Until then, there will be a strong feeling among those in the know that ATO is not in the top 16 houses. Effectively, they are no different than Sigma Pi.

ATO is not an actual fraternity.
OX is just ATO in a schitty house.
SAE would be a joke if they weren't UA flagship
EN would be #20 if you graded it right now.

I would put them ahead without hesitation.
Beta & Delta Chi (+ EX) are traditional, affiliated houses in up cycles that are each 10 spots above ATO. ATO will be Sig Ep or Sigma Pi in 5 years.
Pi Kapp is a solid house that should start an up cycle now that they stopped the bleeding.

Heard Pi Kapp at least had a very good pledge class and Beta's probation is hurting them. I'm not sure Delta Chi can be ranked quite that high yet, but they're definitely improving very fast. As for ATO, they are unaffiliated and being proped up largely by their assets (ie their nice ass house.)

Very true, although I'd add Lambda and Pi Kapp to strong new row (both before Beta and DChi right now) and ATO I guess, cause they're strong love em or hate em.
