transfer looking to affiliate with my fraternity

by: TheDonald

So these questions may be stupid, but I'm just curious as to what y'alls personal opinions are in regards to my situation. First, I rushed and joined a fraternity at my school, which you should consider that greek life is not that big in that school >10% of the population. In addition, my fraternity is a significantly lower tier level than that of the same fraternity at Alabama. I'm transferring next year, and would very much like to affiliate. I guess my question is, if you think the fraternity will welcome me, or turn me away? How well do minorities do in greek life?

Depends how your personally is and if you fit in with the fraternity your joining. Which fraternity are you already in from your other school?

Accepting transfers are at the discretion of the chapter you're trying to get in to. Talk to your chapter president and maybe your national office to see how the process works
