If you're an incoming freshman and are wondering what fraternities to rush , the following fraternities are considered top tier. In no particular order because they can be debated for ages and still not be decided.
Sigma Nu, Phi Gam, DKE, KA, Phi Delt, Theta Chi, Sigma Chi

There are a few houses quite better than SigEp, Beta and Delt. Assuming you mean DTD.

Substance-Free Housing
Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
