I know they've been doing good the past couple years and they're getting a new house in the fall so are they moving up?

They get goobers but are doing better. They are supposed to move into KAs old house but its still in disrepair. Basically Sig Ep is the poor mans ATO.

They were here since 1920 but got kicked off a few years back.

Came back on with a bunch of goobers.

Now they have about 150 members and most are decent guys....but nothing special....as said an ATO lite

Redoing KA's old house....$2 million dollar remodel

It would be wrong to call them terrible.

But they are a long way from being good.

Maybe the new house will help with their quality.
