differences between the following fraternities

I'm a PNM and I'm wondering what the differences are between these fraternities like costs, and how popular they are.

Phi Delta Theta
Sigma Phi Epsilon
Delta Chi
Alpha Tau Omega
Phi Kappa Psi

This is from a girl's perspective. ATO is at the top for dateability. But Phi Delt / Delta Chi throw better parties, maybe cut loose more.

Me and my friends loveeeee partying at Phi Psi. I see both new row and old row sorority girls I know when we go. They are so sweet and a lot are cute. I went to phi Delt on Halloween and they seemed pretty chill... for a pike sigma chi theta chi vibe from them. Delta Chi is top of Jefferson after Sig Ep and has some good parties and cool guys. Old row chicks loveeee ATO but I think they're boring as heck. Sig Ep is the best on Jefferson. Not too sure why but I have a few friends in it and they're hubby material but a lil boring.
