ka or phi delt

I like KA and Phi delt i was just wondering which of the was better. My two deciding factors are brotherhood and social life (dope ass parties)

KA in a body slam but the Phi Delts do have a real good time in a more insane way. Been there, seen it. KA might be the stronger house, But Phi Delts will put you away in party shame!!

KA is a better chapter. They party too but tend not to get down ragin' like the Phi Delts. One thing about the Phi Delts is that they have been sort of a DKE dumping ground. No bid from DKE, go Phi Delt. Remember that if you are interested in a DKE or KA does not necessarily mean that you will be getting a bid. You might but you might not. Phi Delts CAN RAGE and have a good time doing it if that is what you are looking for.

they're both wonderful houses and if you're shallow enough care about which house is better versus where you fit its, you'll be lucky to get a bid at all
