You know Jimmi, this might be the best rank seen on here in a while. Just for it's simplicity alone. And the Bottom tier certainly doesn't denote anything bad. All of these houses listed are the campus power players. They always have been and always will be. Granted a few houses in the tiers might rise or drop every now and then and some don't like each other, but this is basically the universal tier system at UA. Noted that ATO is left off because they chose to no longer be power players and participate. But there was a time that they would have been included.
