Chi Phi has some cool parties but they're definitely one of the bottom houses

Jefferson frats would rank as following:
Delta Chi
LXA/ZBT
Kappa Sig
Sig ep/AKL
Sig Pi/Delta Sig/Phi Sig
Chi Phi

I'm also in a sorority and personally I think all are okay. The frats on Jefferson are a lot more laid back than the frats on Univ Blvd. Personally, I really like SigEp and LXA. ALL the houses are Jefferson are decent, it really just comes down to personal preference.
