by: TruthTo anyone who is reading this, please know that Greek life is much more than these rankings or stories that we are tempted to believe. A girl in a "bottom tier" sorority can and will go on to be just as successful as those in "top tier sororities." Each sorority has a different personality, but you will find your home and your support wherever you end up. To the girls who get their dream sororities, congratulations! Bid day will be one of the most memorable days of your life, and you'll know it's home right away. For those who are in a "middle" or "bottom," tier sorority, you do not need Greek Rank to validate that you are a beautiful, successful, and multi-faceted woman who will do great things. At the end of the day, these tiers are just creations to divide the Greek community when we could be joining together to create a beautiful mosaic of sisterhoods. Look beyond the tiers, and you'll meet the greatest women in each sorority. Every sorority at Alabama is great and has great and empowering women inside of each house.

Also, I know people say this a lot and so people kind of overlook the fact of it, but literally every house here at Bama is good. Every sorority chartered here has to have very, very strong nationals to be able to be established. Every single house is different, but at the end of the say every house has the same opportunities to give to their girls to help them succeed in whatever that may be. To you PNMs, coming in you may feel that tiers are everything and you may want a "top" house but go for what makes you feel really good inside, don't get caught up in the rankings of everything because the moment you graduate it literally will not matter.
