It really depends. Overall I can tell you right now that just because you're a legacy DOES NOT mean you're guaranteed a bid. I know girls who have been double legacies to a house and they've been kept by said house all through rush but then dropped right before pref. In some houses being a legacy means more and in some houses being a legacy means less. Some houses value the tradition that comes with legacies and some houses value the actual personality of the girl.
