which to rush

Look at phi Gam because it is the best house that you have listed. SAE if you are ready to rage or sigma chi is alright, sort of. The rest are weak, each in their own way.

Stay in Texas

I'm in a sorority so my opinion might not matter as much:
SAE- a lot of girls in my sorority hang out with them a lot and they're crazy partiers and all really chill guys. their annual pledge class trip to nola is really cool ;))) most guys would tell you this is the obvious choice because they're more respected for being the first SAE house(mother mu)
Phi Gam- absolutely gorgeous and all very respectful. But for some reason, other fraternity guys don't like them.
Sigma Chi- the guys are really nice but a lot of them are just really weird
Pi kapp- they're the sort of house you go to, as a girl, and feel really comfortable. I have a lot of Pi kapp friends and they're some of the most caring guys.
Delta Chi and Kappa Sig- Jefferson houses so not as respected, but they're sweet
Beta- haven't hung around them a lot, but they're pretty average
