kicking girls out

Usually pretty difficult because it needs to be processed by nationals, but it can be for any random reason (that Chi O girl last year at Arkansas last year who got kicked out for posting a picture on tinder) so it really depends

Depends on the reason. They can hustle you outta there pretty quick.

It honestly does depend on the situation. If a girl did something legitimately bad that would get the sorority bad publicity, especially on a national level, then yeah the sorority chapter where said bad thing occurred will most likely turn to kicking out said girl. However if whatever a girl did wasn't necessarily bad, but did something a lot of girls in the chapter didn't agree with then they can do things that will make the girl either want to drop or transfer.

Also depends on the sorority. Some sororities do it by popular/exec vote and then just let nationals know, and some (like mine) can recommend to nationals that a girl be kicked out but nationals can say no if they want. Which sucks by the way.
