Just wondering if anyone knows which houses do spring rush. And if it's just COB's still.

It is just COB and houses are Doing COB now. So if a house wants you you'll know. It's not advertised which houses aren't or arnt

There's no way to know until after Christmas break, when the groups see who returns and who doesn't. Even some of the oldiest, moldiest Old Row groups often have a few openings. They already know who they're going to pledge.
But if you're OK with enjoying a close sisterhood with a lower tier group - and they're is not that much difference between tiers anyway - then go sign up at the Panhellenic website (uapanhellenic dot com) and see what happens.
