The only place where KD and Phi Mu are top is at the list of middle tier sororities.

I just cackled at this. PNM - please do not be fooled by the KD and Phi Mu pledges who are self-ranking here. You will see during rush and you will hear from other PNMs who know the reputations of the houses. Those are both good houses, but most certainly not in the top tier. They're both high middle tier houses.

KD is awesome at being a bottom of Old row house. If you have your heart set on Old Row, but XO, AXO, DDD and KKG drop you, you can still go KD.

Neither Alpha Phi or Zeta are top tier. Alpha Phi is honestly upper bottom tier and Zeta is mid/top middle tier. Both are known for having "hot girls," the kinds of girls you see that end up on Instagram on Old Row, Top Tier, etc. Phi Mu, Alpha Chi Omega, and Kappa Kappa Gamma are top here at UA.
