Does anyone know the history of Theta here at UA and whats caused them to wind up as such a bottom house? It's weird because Theta is usually a top house at most big southern schools, and it's strange to me that they're not top here. They have a reasonable amount of attractive girls and they're also one of the top in academics. Just curious

They're not in The Machine by choice, which some people feel holds them back from getting better pledge classes.
That said, I don't think they're a bad house. Honestly, all of our so-called bottom houses are fine -- it's just that people like to rank and someone has to be at the bottom.

The Machine has nothing to do with pledge classes.

Theta was third in grades this past spring, so I don't think you can say they're not making an effort.
The house is coming, but not right this minute. It's not like their current house is a doublewide trailer besides.
Sure would be nice if we could lift up all of our chapters instead of picking one to kick around.

Yeah, they're getting a new house eventually, but it's unfortunate that they're going last. Even a year or two of being the only chapter without a new house could be really bad for them
