For the open house days-days 1 and 2- are nice rompers acceptable or should I just stick to sundresses? And clothes as a whole, should I stick to solids or does it not make a difference if I have patterns?

Rompers can work, but not too much skin and no tummy or exposed bralets

Also, can you can in and out of your romper fast if you have to go to the bathroom?
Solids or patterns - either is fine.
Have a backup outfit for each day because you never know what might happen.

Rompers are so crappy. Lol. Northern ladies don't wear rompers. They're just so Boscovs. LOL.
