Yes, I've seen lots of ranks on this site old, and new...and admit it's an old discussion but here's my thoughts with this year's houses. I feel like too many old row rank high...but it seems hard to change old habits. Here's my best effort...none of which is meant to send hate!😄

Kappa is ranked too high. This isn't UT, where how old your money is is the only thing that matters.

My top four are AXO, Phi Mu, XO, and DDD.

KKG is the most consistently over rated house.

Lots of self promotion from members alumns and Moms, it seems.

They have average grades, average looks, and a not so great reputation on campus.

Rated high on brand recognition only.

KD is close behind for high ranks and average reality

I do think AXO is a top house and Phi Mu seems often under rated very good grades, membership and looks.

DG and PiPhi placed a little high in the original post as well.

Agree ddd didn't do as well with their pledge class maybe lots of legacies? Axo stays top because of grades

DDD, KD and AXO didn't have the best rush this year. They are still good but definitely not top tier at this moment.

KKG, PM, XO, Zeta and APHi killed it with the best pledge classes. GPB, ADPI and Pi Phi did very well too.

Zeta and A Phi took some pretty girls but they are girls unfortunately with low grade points and few activities or volunteer work. When you see them ranked high, it's by someone from one of those houses. They're very similar but I'd have to rank Zeta a bit higher than A Phi. Maybe top of the bottom tier. But really, all our houses are good, so don't go crazy.

XO and KKG had the best Old Row pledge classes. Zeta and Pi Phi had the best New Row pledge classes.
