by: FreshmanWhat's everyone's honest opinion of kappa alpha theta? Obviously there should be Panhellenic love all around but in reality I know and you know that that's not the case. So what's everyone's genuine opinion of theta? Would you consider it the bottom sorority here? Do you see theta rising in status any time within the next four years?

they got the worst pledge class this year hands down, all the stories about girls crying on the lawn were thetas. and there has also been a lot of talk lately about how bad their sisterhood is and problems with bullying and their exec. they are in debt so they cant get a new house for at least a couple more years, so they will be the last house to build. i don't think they will be moving up any time soon

What does this mean? I've seen you write it on several threads but I haven't heard anyone else here use this term.
