current rankings for fall 2016 with general descriptions and what fraternity house you'll see most of them at. middle and down usually just hangs on jefferson so there's nothing next to them.
upper top:
axo - super involved, grades, ambitious, religious, all around (snu, ato, phi gam)
kappa - very fun and outgoing, the guy's girls, rich (dke, sae)
phi mu - pageant type, more conservative version of zta/aphi (theta chi, lchi)
tri delt - involved, smart, philanthropic (snu, phi gam)
top:
chi o - boho, smart, if you mixed axo/kappa (ka)
zeta - very pretty, trendy and stylish, fraternity favorite (pike, pi kapp, sigma chi)
alpha phi - very pretty, trendy and stylish, fraternity favorite (pike, pi kapp, sigma chi)
pi phi - more down to earth version zta/aphi (sigma chi)
kd - sometimes "arrogant", rich, southern, tradition "still on first" (dke, sae)
upper middle:
alpha gam - sweet, smart, southern (ato, snu)
adpi - new version of alpha gam except from all over (dx, lchi)
middle:
dg - very improved house, getting closer to adpi
dz - mix of girls, lowkey so not given a lot of credit but not bad
gphi - mix of girls, improving a lot, used to be very bottom
low:
aopi - used to be with adpi, have slipped but will improve with new home
theta - smart girls, not a very desired house, really needs to make some changes/new house

This is definitely one of the best rankings on here and the descriptions are spot on: just a couple things I'd change.
1. AXO isn't the number one top house here, I'd put them just below Phi Mu.
2. I'd move KD and Alpha Phi to upper middle. Both are good, just not up to par with the other top houses.
3. I'd move Alpha Gam to middle. They really seem to be slipping due to their poor sisterhood, and even though they got a decent pledge class, PNMs considered them to be one of the less desirable houses for sure.

You cannot have 9 houses in the top tier. You just can't. Thats more than half the houses. Alpha phi and zeta should be lower middle below agd and adpi and pi phi should be with agd and adpi. Ddd isn't that high either but theres just so much wrong with this its not fixable.

Not an adpi but i agree u can't have 9 houses in the top tier, should only be pm, axo and xo. U aphi and ztas need to chill.
