The new chapter total is so high that almost half of the chapters will be doing fall cob this year. Most will only take 4 or 5. This DOES NOT mean these chapters are bad, nor does it mean they didn't make quota. Just wanted to get this out there before tumors start to fly because we all know they will.

If you want to blame someone, look at Panhellenic.

Except for things like building houses or remodeling, alumnae don't give that much money to chapters. It's not tax deductible, so why give? You CAN, however, give the university money to be applied to the chapter's house loan, and that IS tax deductible.
