There are so many sororities and so many top girls pledging that it's impossible to narrow it down to just one house. That's why everyone talks about tiers. There are probably 4 all on the same level- Kappa, Chi O, Phi Mu and possibly Alpha Chi. The rest of the houses are all great , it just seems like those 4 get the top pledge classes. There really aren't any houses that are terrible - it just depends on what you're looking for. Just different types of girls in each.
