Uh no absolutely not! They can self rank all they want. DG, dz, Aopi all did better. They are on par with theta, and theta has a small old house. So gphi can spin it all they want but no dice.

They can say what they want but no where near mid-tier, still low even with their house. Weak house. They need to recruit for leadership and grades, follow the DG model. And then they can attract more high quality pnms. They definitely took a couple of girls dropped by every other house on campus.

Last year's pc full of mean girls, maybe they got some good leaders this year, too soon to tell. Gphi been around forever and they can't get out of bottom. Look at what DG has done in just a few years, that's good leadership!

Gphi was one of the least desired houses during rush. Lots of pnms would try to drop it but would always get it back on their schedule. The good pnms in the class this year most likely didn't want gphi but had to stick with it because it was their only choice
