A Phi didn't kill it unless you're the shallowest person in the world. If you look at the girls they took, they just took faces. Not personalities, reputations, connections, activities, talents, etc. That's not the standard that most houses have when they're making cuts. We literally cut all those A Phi girls.

I will admit their pc is drop dead but honestly I've heard theres been so much drama w all of the new girls and most of them hate it. aphi took all the girls my sorority and others dropped for questionable reps and (as usual) they end up paying for it.

All of the groups did very well.

You are right, APhi does not make "connections" a requirement to join.

In fact, sometimes the only "talent" that a new member has is that she is a nice person.

Maybe #14 phrased it badly but she has a very good point. All the speculation on here about how good a new class is seems based on looks. Sisters are so much more than that. While connections are important in some houses and not in others, they are one additional thing that houses might look for in a well rounded girl. I didn't pick my friends based on their looks and y'all probably didn't either. So why should we admire classes picked just for looks?

Well, when commenting on new member classes on bid day it is not readily apparent which new members in the various houses have "personalities, reputations, connections, activities, talents,"...just sayin' \n\n\n\n\n
