For old row with in state focus, reason lower than most ranks is because of the cliques oos are excluded from as life goes on.

Wouldn't you say say most Chi O's are dis allusioned and disappointed, too? I don't know any happy Chi O's. They only have like one or two friends in their pledge class instead of big friend groups. That's how I see it.

Because the politically correct ranks that will keep you from being reported by the moms and removed has to place all the old row in at least the top half. I just can't do that for KD and pm as my friends in those are disillusioned and disappointed.

I'm an OOS active and although I would swap some around from the OP, this is generally correct in my opionion. Just because in-state likes their own "top tier" and promotes them heavily with all new row below them, it doesn't mean OOS sees it the same. Stop bashing AGD (old row) and DG (and other new row houses like Theta, DZ, and APhi). Just stating our top tier is different than yours, and we don't typically rank the 7 old row houses the same way. We all have different things that attact us to particular houses. Which is why there are 16 houses rushing girls.
