what do you generally do during initiation?

If people were being hazed during initiation, it would have come out by now because initiation is the same for each chapter of the sorority. Someone would have said something! You learn about the meaning behind your sorority's symbols and history and stuff. The only reason you can't know specifics is because it's a special ceremony.

And OP, depending on which sorority you're looking at (or fraternity) the ritual is probably already online for you to read.
