What makes an old row house better?

I just graduated and honestly it's all about tradition at UA. I was in a new row house but I was oos and didn't care about traditional old row stuff. But some of the old row houses are cool. Go by the house not whether it's old or new row.

A lot of girls in my Rho chi group were saying old row only and I liked houses that were new row but felt like I was wrong.
